Working with Ross Butler, Jim Butler and Chris Reid (Operations team), NAC supported a Logistics project focussed on warehouse processes, inventory management, production planning, product delivery, supplier performances and project management, on ways to increase efficiency across the entire control process.
Ross Butler, Managing Director said ‘This was certainly a worthwhile project, which not only highlighted additional areas of potential profitability to address on but also gave us the tools to utilize these opportunities in a structured and methodical manner, whilst laying the foundations for future development. We are pleased that this progress has been recognized by our recent award and we are confident that we are now in a stronger position to combat the current financial climate as a result of the work undertaken by NAC.
