John Watson and £38k saving

A five day project run by NAC earlier this year has resulted in savings of £38,295 per annum for John Watson, the high performance window and door manufacturer.
John Watson is a bespoke window and door manufacturer based in Hartlepool and has worked on prestigious contracts such as the Durham new Hotel Complex Riverside Durham and other highly skilled joinery jobs nationwide. During April through to July, NAC supported the development of the John Watson Management Team to realise physical and financial savings to the current business processes. The five day project resulted in savings of £38,295 per annum, with the staff demonstrating immense enthusiasm for the program. John Watson himself said about the project:
‘...this [project] has led to improved controls and clearer measures of business activity...We recognise that NAC's guidance will help the business sustainability and provide a platform for future growth...NAC staff have made the process rewarding and educational and we would look forward to continued support'
