NAC launches new BTEC course

NAC has added a new course to its portfolio of qualifications.  The BTEC Certificate in Lean Organisation Management Techniques is a level 2 qualification written and developed by NAC's expert staff in conjunction with Edexcel, one of the country's leading awarding bodies.

Take up of the qualification has been excellent so far with organisations in a number of different sectors signing up.  The course has so far been delivered to learners at Nissan, JCB, Walsall Council and the Department of Work and Pensions.

The BTEC course is aimed at management-level staff and provides the platform and foundations for learners to progress further on to NAC's lean portfolio.

Paul Robson, NAC Managing Director said, "Our Consultants identified what we saw as a gap in our portfolio - a short course at management level - and, rather than trying to find an existing course to meet our clients' needs, we thought the best thing to do would be to write one ourselves.  This way we were able to tailor the course to what we knew our clients required.  The course is an excellent addition to our delivery and we have enrolled more than 300 learners on the course so far."
