We take a six step approach to business transformation:
- Needs analysis: We do not operate a one size fits all approach to business transformation. NAC has developed unique needs analyses tools that help to identify the specific requirements of your organisation.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels: We ensure that we get the buy-in of staff at all levels. We ask senior management to lead by example, we work in partnership with Champions in middle management and we empower operational staff with methods to help them improve their contribution to the success of the organisation.
- Improvements and changes are led by the teams, not by NAC: We believe that it is vital to the continued success of our interventions that the teams themselves identify and lead improvements. By taking this approach, improvements continue to be made after our engagement.
- Skills transfer: NAC will work with your organisation to ensure that we offer you the most suitable training for your needs. This can include coaching and mentoring by NAC staff, the delivery of nationally recognised qualifications, the application of knowledge gained and the provision of a network of capable individuals.
- Impact assessment based on needs analysis: We will provide your organisation with demonstrable actual savings to your company arising from our work.
